People wanted to continue to receive them via email. Password (“JamesMorris”) for the meeting minutes on the website given to the membership.

Treasurer Report: Dues continue to be collected. There is currently $2079.18 in TBA account. There is one payment pending from the club at this time. (Millie Bees)
Old Business:
1. Loan Locker:
a. Tim Brehm returned the second OAV gun in working order. We again have 2 functioning OAV guns for club member use. Heartfelt thank you to Buddy Rich and Tim Brehm. (closed)

b. James ordered an 8 frame electric extractor from Elmore Herman of Millie Bees. Unfortunately, due to covid or whatever, the order is backed up and Elmore hopes that it will be delivered by the end of the month. Refractometer group buy decided against, since this is a low dollar item compared to an extractor. Members will need to purchase this item individually if they wish to have one. (open)
2. American Farm Bureau has plans to eradicate the popcorn tree by introducing a beetle. James sent out a letter and also made comments on their website. No further input allowed. Will have to wait and see what transpires. No update. (open)
New Business:
1. Skipper Turk brought up getting stickers with the TBA logo on them for club members to put on cars, coolers etc. to advertise the club. James Morris said he would pay for them. Skipper will look in to obtaining these stickers and look at possibly getting Tee shirts with the logo at the same time. (open)

Presentation:
Presentation on beginning beekeeping and harvesting honey without killing bees did not come off as planned. We had a question and answer time regarding these things. Lots of great information shared.

Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 1815.
Members present:
James Morris (president), Mark Wolf (VP), Betsey Straley (MAL), Chris Liddle (secretary), Teresa Helms (treasurer)
Minutes: Minutes of April 2021 were sent to the board members and general membership. No comments or corrections received. Approved as written.
Old Business:
1. Website and FaceBook page:
a. Secretary talked with Fern regarding the website. Fern will be maintaining the website yet the secretary has access in the event of something happening to Fern. Mark Wolf discussed with Emil Albrecht and his name and phone number be added to the website for swarm calls. Photos were taken of the officers for placement on the website. Those not taken requested using photo from their Face Book page. Secretary will remain in contact with Fern.
b. Since Fern is doing us a service by maintaining the website and Face Book page, even though she no longer lives in Panama City, it was determined by unanimous consent to waive her membership dues indefinitely. (closed)
Refractometer group buy decided against, since this is a low dollar item compared to an extractor. Members will need to purchase this item individually if they wish to have one. (open)
3. Shalome Clark’s name and phone number will be removed from the website this week and Emil Albrecht’s number replaced it. (closed)
4. The IFAS building will not be available for meetings until late fall. Many prefer to stay at the America Legion Hall anyway. The pro to IFAS is the availability of a screen for power point presentations which is not available at the Legion Hall. Since there is no option of IFAS at this time, we will close this discussion and reopen at a later date. (closed).
