Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 1800.
Members present:
James Morris (president), Mark Wolf (VP), Betsy Straley (MAL), Chris Liddle (secretary), Jack DePue, Grady Stanley, Stan Peacock, Charles Hay, Skipper Turk, Tim Brehm, Noah Royce, Christopher Mumpower, Doug Bailey, Joseph Slay, Mark Letson, Grace Letson.
Secretary Report: June Minutes were sent out to general membership for review. No comments received. Minutes approved as written. List of members and contact information to be distributed at next meeting.
Treasurer Report: Dues continue to be collected. There is currently $1184.18 in TBA account. There are no payments pending from the club at this time.
Old Business:
1. Loan Locker: The 8 frame extractor was obtained by James Morris is currently being stored at the secretary’s house and is available for loan. It must be returned clean. There will be further discussion regarding borrowing requirements (such as a credit card). The club also has 2 OAV guns and multiple pith helmets and veils available for loan. Contact the secretary to borrow from the loan locker. (open)
2. American Farm Bureau plans to eradicate the popcorn tree by introducing a beetle. Nothing new, no discussion. (open)
3. Skipper Turk got with Fern and there is not a higher resolution for the TBA logo. A high resolution logo was part of the order and can be used for TBA official letterhead. 250 stickers are supposed to be delivered tonight. They will be available for purchase and all proceeds go into the club account. Skipper showed the new high resolution logo to members using his phone. It looks great. (open)
New Business:
1. Social: It was asked if people wanted to have a social prior to Christmas. There was some discussion. No consensus. (open)
Presentation:
Mark Wolf demonstrated the new extractor. It holds 4 deep or 8 super frames. There was a lot of hands on and discussion regarding extracting and using this extractor particularly. James presented how to put on a veil over a pith helmet. There was also much discussion about feeding bees, how, when and why.

Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order at 1750.

Minutes: Minutes of June 2021 were sent to the board members and general membership. No comments or corrections received. Approved as written.
New Business:
1. Get together: We discussed having a social get together of club members. This idea will be presented to the general membership tonight.
Old Business:
1. Loan Locker:
a. 8 frame electric extractor obtained by James Morris. It is currently at the secretary’s house and is available for loan. A demonstration of the extractor will be presented during the general meeting tonight. It must be returned clean. It was discussed about getting a credit card prior to someone borrowing it, yet we have no way to charge a credit card for repairs if broken. Will discuss further.
